Pictures of GTS's with 19's and slammed

Nice car DanielR. That car another inch down would be pretty hard to beat. What is the new set up?

The new Pilots have the same profile as the existing PS2 and look like a snow tire from the side. Great tire, but same issue the PS2 has with height on the GTS. They work well on the coupe, and are a better tire than the Invo, but the height kills them on the GTS if you want the car low.

MTGTS, could you have gone any lower, or would you have rubbed?

Darius's old car. Gaps equal, the car is low in the rear. 20/20's Car still looks damn nice IMO. Darius's old car with 335/30's out back. Sits more level, but you can see rub marks on the tires. I like this look, but hate that they rub.

I don't know how to delete the scenery on this one, so if it is too much for the section, please remove it.

I'm not trying to slam your Pirelli's, but they are the worst hooking tire I have ever run, and they have had their share of sidewall issues. I'll post some ideas here in a minute on 19's. I am just wondering if anyone else is or has experienced the same decision.

The P-Zero is probably the worst hooking tire built, sidewalls blow out routinely, and they don't make them any more, so most around are hard tires that need shelved. The Invo isn't the great in corners, but goes straight fairly well, and is nearly an inch shorter than stock which isn't ideal...

I've done 20's with all of my SRT's, but have seen some GTS's with 19s that look good IMO. I hate the current 20" tire selection. They are either too short, or too tall.

Looking for some ideas on wheels. I have gone through the wheel threads already. Wondering if there are any others out there on coilovers and 19's.

Tim, are those 20/20's or 20/19? Front tire size? Car looks very nice.

Made a few Interior Mods to my '06

Cubican, where did you get your striped shift knob? I heard MGW was making them, but can't find them on their site. Never mind....found them.

    New ACR

    Bushido, are those 19/19's?

    New ACR

Bushido actually knows how to drive, so I will wait for his comparison. Thanks

    New ACR

Good looking car Bushido. I'd be curious to hear a comparison between the ACR and the GTS.

It is still in a transporter. I have some goodies for it when it gets here, and will post pictures in a month or two when it is all together. I hope it is a fun one to drive.

    Big Brakes on the GTS.

Congrats Tim. That looks great. LEAVE THEM RED. How does it feel compared to stock?

Dave, good looking set up there. Looks a lot like a Busheato's setup. I unintentionally stumbled upon some new Stoptechs here on the forum from Mopar Boy, so I will be running the same set up SlowCal suggested.

    Looking for brake advice

I did Tim. Trying to get some things lined up for it. Catwood, feel is absolutely objective, and it has more to do with what else you are used to driving. I ran greens and different rotors on my 02 car, and it just wasn't great. At that time, I had a coupe with Stoptechs on it, so jumping...

    Looking for brake advice

Car is a gen two 2001. Car will see pretty much street time. I had a 2002 and thought the brakes were pitiful. If I did the Gen 3 swap, I would want to do the full swap, not move the Gen 2 calipers to the rear. I will be running 19's and 20's, and the wheels will be built to accommodate the...

    Looking for brake advice

I have read just about every thread (I searched Plum), and I arrive back at using Stoptech or Brembo's new 380MM set up. Today was Monday, so I didn't call JonB as I have made that mistake before, but in pricing the SRT conversion, it seems a person is spending nearly if not more on this set up...
