Viper "Pack" to HOLD the sale price of our beloved Vipers!!

I don't know what world you live in, but 12,000 built in 10 years (approximate production of Gen 1 & 2 RT/10's) is not "too many built". It's not 200 per year, but still relatively low production, rare to see on the street, hand-built, and pure fun. I have my RT for sale... I did drop my...

    Happy ending to Insurance Claim

The sales tax would be prepaid in the settlement to cover the sales tax he'll probably have to pay on the purchase of a new vehicle..... assuming that in his state they charge a sales tax on the purchase of used vehicles between private parties. In most jurisdictions that I have managed...

    Happy ending to Insurance Claim

So they added sales tax to increase the settlement? So..... do you have to pay sales tax on the vehicle you purchase to replace it? I would hope that you received $48K for your ACR... plus sales tax.

I think I'm gonna do it

I am focused on an RT..... the GTS is nice, but I just don't like the rear on the GTS.... I like the low, wide, mean look of the RT. The Gen III is just not for me... no offense to anyone who owns one... but the other day I saw one coming towards me and at first (from a distance) I thought it...

I think I'm gonna do it

The wheels don't matter as I'll keep my CCWs for the next Viper...... I am not a huge fan of the silver bezels on the gauges of the 1999.... other than power mirrors and the silver bezels... what makes the 1999 better? Got the PM thank you!

I think I'm gonna do it

I have been struggling with the decision... keep my Gen 1 or buy a Gen 2 and sell the Gen 1. Back and forth, Back and forth. Now the time has come. I drive my Gen 1 every day... and I love the car, but the lack of roll up windows is driving me CRAZY now. So... between a 1997, 1998 and 1999...

    My Apologies

Did you have any information on there that might allow someone to "steal" anyone's identity? Any SSN's, dates of birth, etc? If so you might want to give them a warning and recommend they sign up for credit watch..... Just a thought

    im sure its nice but...

I remember that car in Jacksonville Florida 12 years ago. It was in a fairly expensive collision.. and I had to reinspect in at the body shop. At that time I thought it was "rode hard and put up wet".... Those stripes are distinctive and more "pronounced" than the pictures suggest.

Ok guys. I'm ready to sell my 97 GTS b/w

Doesn't the wing require holes drilled in the top of the quarter panels? That means removing entails repainting at least both quarter panels.

Re: Home-Made 2" Seat Lowering Installed (pics) I just followed this model today and lowered my driver's seat. Fairly easy... if you gather all the pieces and don't make 500 trips to Home Depot. Turned out great and for less than $25 bucks well worth the afternoon of cutting, grinding, and...
