Does yours have the brass drain plug? Daniel Lesser posted a long explanation as to why it would quickly destroy the radiator due to the battery effect between dissimilar metals. I've had mine for almost two years with no leaks although the drain petcock froze in place almost immediately.
The water/methanol IS the intercooler for the Roe system and is both inexpensive and easy to install. My blower inlet tubes are COLD, AFTER a dyno pull. If you run a Roe without W/M, you are missing out big time.
As far as controlling low end torque, I use the gas pedal.

I had a similar issue that turned out to be the wheel bearing hub assembly.

OK, I just replaced both the bracket and the pulley today. I did not have to disconnect any of the lines to the pump itself as you can lift it clear enough to pull the old pulley and press on the new one. Access to the three mounting bolts is through the holes in the pulley itself.
