It really depends on what you are looking for. To me it is a perfect track car. You are getting all of the performance for a lesser price. I expect a track car to get banged up and have some off track experiences, so if it hadn't already been fixed at one time, it will be. Good luck with the...
While everyone here does appreciate you talking to them, they should know this all too well. They are just price gouging the Viper buyers as they always have. The fact that parts from other cars that are identical to Viper parts that sell for substantially less when not ordered under the Viper...
I agree, and I was 16 in 92 so I completely understand what you are saying. The 96 B&W was the only Viper I ever wanted in my garage and thankfully it's there. I honestly don't care if it ever appreciates in value, that will probably only benefit my kids. Now if I can ever find a B&W Gen5...
It's amazing how much a bigger set of wheels make the Gen2 look like the 5. Very nice, a few exterior tweaks might be what mine needs, thanks for the ideas.
They would probably give the name to a minivan. The Dart name is dead forever. The had it right with the Challenger and the Charger to some degree, but if you are going to bring back an old name, put it on something deserving.
This is a great idea, some of us will still drive quite a ways to have the right person work on our cars. I'm still too far to capitalize on it, but it's nice all the same.
I would hope most people are joking. If he managed to keep a couple of blow dryers under wraps with out a cool looking " radiator" mounted down low, he is doing something right
I like the stripes. The SR paint with out stripes just seems to make it look to Ferrari to me. The stripes bring back to Viper looks. I would never splurge for that paint, but can appreciate it for the time it takes to do that color. I think it's an amazing color, just too hard to repair to...
Why does it seek like working you ass off is becoming a thing of the past. Maybe I am starting to show my age, but the kids now have no interest in hard work anymore. I guess I have become that grumpy o ld guy.
I need to stripe my radiator like that. That looks as good as an intercooler. Normally I'm not a fan of black rims on the B&Ws, but they actually look very nice.
I'd like something in the 3-4" range. I would prefer air powered, but electric can do. I would like to find a quality product but also want to get the best bang for the buck.
I think the issue might be too much on ones plate. This guy seems to try and make parts for cars that no one else will, but maybe he is trying too many projects at once. When you are dealing with outside vendors, you absorb all of their delays as well as any you have also. This isn't to...
Unfortunately I don't think this is the last time you will see it. Who knows how many of the Chrysler screwed up. It looks like quite a few have been found recently. Its a shame it needs to be redone as a quick look during the process would have told them they had them wrong just by the...
Steve, let me know who I need to send my Vin # to. I just need to find out when my slot will be to schedule a day off work. We are in our busy season right now, so I need to get the day cleared ahead of time. Preferably the earlier in the week, the better. I will assume all I need are the...
Will do Steve, thanks again. I am going to need to arrange a day off work to make it down there, so I won't know until first thing Monday morning. Are quite a few slots still open?
If you would like, I can get mine in the air again and take a picture. I took off enough that the filter just slid through. I also have an oil leak, are these sessions for minor maintenance also? I don't mind fixing the problem myself, but would gladly pay for the diagnosis.
Mine wouldn't do that. I tried everything possible to get that filter out a hole anywhere, no such luck. I ended up cutting enough off the gusset to slide a filter through. It works, but I need to get this fixed correctly.
