    Re: Belanger headers and 2.5\" HF cats? Definately go with 3". I lasted about a week with 2.5. For some reason the drone was SUPER bad....sounds better too keep it all the same diameter. Hope that helps.

    this may sound like a dumb question but what is a good rule of thumb to tighten...is there a foot lb rating? oil has only been changed by a viper tech since i've owner her...i'd like to think he knew what he was doing.....maybe not?

    I agree Bill...I tried that....I added some extra padding to the bottom so they are especially tight....also, problem is I cant fit enough of my body down in the footwell to even try to gain access to the metal ring!!!! I think I need to hire a circus midget!! Any other suggestions guys?

    Had hard time to install B&B headers

    Had a somewhat similar problem myself. Passenger side took twenty minutes....spend almost a whole day on the passenger side installing my Belangers. Was told that the motors are mounted "crooked" and had to shim the motor mounts to make it fit. Apparently they do this quite a bit to make it work.

    Absolutely!!!....had mine done under warrenty last summer by the dealer. Total shop bill was around $2K. Should do the thermostat too while you're at it.
