Car has a transbrake, I left around 3k. Track was great last night. No 1/4 mile times for me. I have a heavy travel schedule and we're at the point of car swapping now. Don't worry, the new car is built exactly the same. I'll make some runs with it.
Ok, all I hear about are all these lambo's and how fast they are. How vipers just aren't the thing anymore. Well, before my car gets shipped off, I wanted to give her a good run since the weather was good around here.
My old track had a promod show so I ran my car in an index class they had...
No offense, but valdosta is hardly a slouch track. Englishtown is a great track, but when looking at the PHYSICAL track, it's not any better than valdosta. There is a reason ADRL cars run there.
I cracked my slotted/drilled rotors after 2 trips to the drag strip. Short stopping distances on an 1/8th mile drag strip when crossing at 125 can do that.
As it should be, you don't need more class's. For future consideration, the DR class isn't a bad idea. Of course, assuming a sponsor can be put on board.
You're not making any logical sense. If the automatic didn't have a huge performance advantage, there would be no rule against it. As far as "fun". Fun isn't about winning and losing. I've bracket raced for a decade. If I only counted a race win as having fun, then I wouldn't be doing it, nobody...
I traded my car, just happens to be another automatic car. It is exactly the same driveline wise as my current car.
If I wasn't too fast, they wouldn't have made a rule against the automatics . Everyone knows my previous car ran 9's all day on pump gas and 12lbs boost on a 20"...
Well, I can't race regardless of tech. The "rules" board already said my car isn't legal to run in the STSO because I'm too fast. Anything goes, as long as you aren't too fast :).
Never! I'm flying to vegas next week and not happy about it. I hate that flight. I'm supposed to go to china every year, I can't make myself sit on a plane that long.
No bad experience personally. My father was very close to a lot of people on the hendrick flight crash. I've been in some helicopters and done ok. Just not real crazy about it. I think it's the control factor, not having any.
I'm scared ****less of small planes. I respect anyone that does it, but you'll never find my ass in one. I hate flying commerical, much less something like that.
Dogs are based off their owners. Mine haven't been as socialized as I want, but slowly working on that. They're big so they intimidate people. His head is bigger than a volleyball. He gets excited and wants to go up to them and they usually run in terror haha.
The problem is, my energetic 6 month old is 77 pounds. When she wants your attention, she gets it. When they both want you to rub them, they come up and lean on you. Having 200lbs of dog leaning on you can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. Needless to say, I don't have to worry about...
Dozer is the best dog ever. Doesn't bark unless a stranger comes on my property. He just lays around and wants to be rubbed. If you sit down, he's coming over to sit almost on top of you. He's 120lbs right now at 18 months. If his 6 month old sister would just be the same. She's hyper as...
