Re: I\'m switching to AMSOIL I'm sure both Mobil One and Amsoil are good products.... but I have to agree with Tom and Joe to some extent - the Amsoil thing is too complicated and hard for me to be bothered educating myself on it personally i just couldn't bring myself to leave oil in a car...- Torquemonster

Performance Viper Cam Shaft Hydrolic Lifters HELP !
Heffner has found a hyd. lifter that suppresses pump up much better than the stock ones - ph 410 766 2800. The stock lifters suck once you go to a bigger cam or add boost and rpm past 5500rpm.- Torquemonster

Who read the Car/Driver acticle on pushrod engines?
I'm not a betting man - but I'd bet my wifes entire soft toy collection that if Formula One rules changed and they allowed them to run 8 litre V10 engines they'd make more power and go faster than the current 3 litre engines. Heffner SC Package

Great points guys and Cobra4B - is the 4.6 really 600lb? wow that's disgusting! You can build a 572 or 600+ cubic inch Mopar wedge that is 460lb ringing wet using alloy - and guess which one will go better between that and the 4.6? even a twin turbo street 4.6 wouldn't make the power of a...- Torquemonster

Some very valid points - the pushrod engine is defintely not dead for street applications as they are well suited to making great power and torque over sensible street rpm ranges.
