Have you tried contacting Lemke to find out if he has replacement stripping for the top? If he doesn't have it in stock he may be able to point you to his supplier. No idea about the window weather stripping but I'm interested as well since mine will need replacing soon. Maybe VPA has the info?

Throw in a GG cam, RR's, Headers, catback, hi flow cats (or no cats) and a great tune. If you do the work yourself you'll be under $10K. I was well under $10K for my setup. Just make certain you have a competent, responsive tuner lined up especially if you go SCT.
