    Stay with the stock system. Have a Tuner that has done multiple installs put it on. Do not alter or add to the system. You don't even need to change the exhaust or gearing. Keep it simple. You will have more power than you can possibly use on the street. There are no heat or overheating...

    Stock for stock the 2008 is the best Viper built to date. Now as to performance to 60mph advantage 2008, after 60mph the Supercharged car says buh-bye. In the market now you will take a beating on that 2006. I vote Supercharger.

    Shifting at 6200rpm before letting the car hit the limiter. On the 129mph run it hit the limiter at the middle of the mph lights. On the 130mph run it hit at the finish and I coasted 1/2 way through the mph lights. I had no wheel spin in first and maybe 3/4 of a tire turn on the 1-2 shift.

    I cracked the 130mph barrier in 3rd gear. Bone stock 2008. Also squeezed 11.48@ 129mph as well.

    Pictures are up in the classified. CORRECTION on the sizes. Fronts are 5.00/5.25/16 Firestone and rears are M/T 26" tall x 11.5"wide 16" wheel.

    Water on floorboard of passenger side

    The foam under the hood,passenger side,under the windshield that goes around the heater hoses is gone or rotted away. Put a towel on the passenger side floor and pour some water on top of the heater core box. If it drains on the towel time to refoam.

    They are 17" diameter Mickey Thompson (M/T) 10" wide x 26.5" tall. They are as tall as you can use without removing the rear inner fender wells. Fronts are 17" x 3.5" wide.

    Wed.evening 4 runs. 1. 12.13 @ 118.32 mph 2. 11.95 @ 119.74 mph 3. 11.73 @ 124.81 mph 4. Wheel-hop,pops out of first,shut it down and went home. The car probably has an 11.30 in it,but I toasted the clutch a bit on the third run. With more track time I could do maybe a little better. So now...
