    I know mine gets a little funny if it sits to long and the battery drains a little, Try an overnight charge on the battery. It has solved my problems before.

    I'm down! I don't see from the pics on there site does it have the lock bolt to adjust the in gear setting aswell? I remember using a shifter in the past that had an adjustable screw so once in gear you could back the screw to the shift rod to keep it from over throwing the gear and bending...
