Re: Anyone have a Lift King lift ?
It's funny how you can never have enough garage space.
Although I have to admit, the yellow bus takes up more than its fair share of real estate.:D
Now with the garage empty, there's quite a bit of room to work.
Well there you have it, waiting around for a Roe supercharger has paid off to the tune of a Roe TT.:headbang:
Now only if it were available in time for Christmas.:smirk:
Maybe I won't bother loading my Roe tune from the SCT yet..... just wait for the turbos.:D
Ya the price is a little high, but this may be the only one available, and not exactly a rip off. If I wanted one now I'd jump all over this one like a fat kid on cupcake.
Whoah..... thats what I'd want. No need to get into the engine while it's still fine. Only open it up after it's blown up.:D
What kinda power would a stage 1 with stock heads make?
I drilled one 1/4 inch hole in the little wall between the rear door opening and the roof well. I ran the wire to the camera between the body and the license plate light, the gasket there seals up against the wire perfectly.
Funny, when you look at the vehicles in my sig, only the Viper I...
Re: Anyone have a Lift King lift ?
I've got the Carlift.ca Fortress.
Wish you guys would've wanted one before I bought mine, could've save a couple bucks. I bought the 240 volt version, which is less common than the 120 volt one(only difference is the compressor), which would explain why the...
The only car I like the look of more than mine, but I like open top motoring. That color combo just pops. Good luck hiding from the local law enforcement in that one.;)
:lmao:
If you also mentioned the oil, you'd have nailed all that's famous about this place.:2tu:
In all seriousness though, there's some pretty cool old iron here, much more show worthy than my Viper.
I don't feel my Viper is particularly show worthy, people can go to any Dodge dealership to see a reasonable facsimile of mine.:dunno:
Now musclecars on the other hand.......:headbang:
:lmao::lmao::lmao::2tu:
If I wanted to drag race I'd buy a Mustang. Cheap to make fast in a straight line, not much good for anything else.
On a serious note, did anyone mention why you need to build the bottom end for a 100 horsepower gain NA, when you don't for a 150 gain with a blower...
Because the dyno is easy to quantify. If you asked a poor driver how much faster his car was post-mods, it wouldn't be an accurate representation of the benefit of the mod itself. Same driver can haver a better trap speed with a better launch with practice and no mods.
Besides, who cares about...
I don't know obviously how a world class track feels, but I have to admit that the track is a lot smoother than I'd been led to believe. Only pavement that was really bad to me was the end of the back straight(a few ripples). The rest was as smooth as my meagher skills required.:2tu:
Happy...
I knew it! I knew it was <1:20 you wanted. Congrats Greg. We all knew you could do it. You got within a few seconds of that mark with my heavy a$$ in the passenger seat and traffic. Can't imagine what something that elusive would feel like.
Heard the track stays open for next year.
I...
LOL, that's my pick for unbiased:lmao::2tu:
While that may be true, that wouldn't be the reason it wasn't included in this test. Obviously the slant on the article was "Best American Sportscar Thats Almost Affordable to Most"
Also doesn't change the fact that advertising dollars play a...
