    Well I won't own my SRT for another few months, but I'm a research scientist. Doesn't pay too well, but you don't have to let low pay stand in the way of a new Viper as long as you manage your money well. :)

    Great story, but I have some questions about the car: you said that the car did not leak at all in the rain, and that's great. But did you mean just the interior? Did you check the engine compartment afterward? Any soaked engine parts? Standing water in the side sills?

    For the Mac guys, download MPlayer. It will play just about anything, but is a little buggy. Edit: When I first tried the DivX plugin for Quicktime it didn't work, but the newer version (5.0.7) works great. Download that instead of MPlayer.

    Oh I know, but if they're going to use the "clown shoe" insult, they should at least use it for the proper generation. The Gen III might be the "S8300" or "Stratmaro", but only the GTS is a clown shoe.

    No, what I mean is a standard head/cam/bolt-on vette is putting down 430 - 450 rwhp. Add a 100 shot on top of that and it's pushing 530 at the wheels. Sticky tires and a converter will put a head/cam/100nx vette into the 10s.
