If Bill knows you are coming he is worth the trip. I have driven from KC to Blair twice. I drove up "just to look" in 2004. I made it 2 days before I called back and bought a car I had seen. I went back this year to see a group of '08's (colors, ACR's etc) in person. I have made it longer than 2...
Nice pics. I am bummed that I could not be there. Big thanks to Tim and Dawn for all of the time and effort they invest in making this such a good event.
What were you standing on for when you were taking pics and vid?

Read further, on the next page they list the Viper as the most expensive car to maintain over a 5 year period. They estimate over $10,000 for a five year span. I dont get to drive enough to have an opinion on that, but, that seems a little steep to me.

Good read. Your story sounds lot like mine. My first drive was in a Viper (RT) rented from the same place. My girlfriend and I took the same canyon drive. I was a junior in dental school at the time. I have held on to that first drive and that girlfriend (now wife) to this very day. Graduated...
I dont have a dog in this fight, but...

Cool looking car, but, the seller might be tricky to deal with.

I think it looks nice. Gus, I suspect that most jacking projects could be completed on his lift (we use bottle jack or equivalent designed to work with our lift). They would probably dent these tiles, but, with a little planning I am sure he has it under control.

No techs in T-town. Come to KC on a Friday night and hook up with the KC VCA chapter. Sitting at Sonic on 21st street sucks. Send me a PM if you have any questions about locations, local club meetings (check us out next week) etc.

I would keep looking. The wheels can be made to look better, but, a gouge like that will always be noticable (especiallly to you). The body looks rough- my fascia has rubbed, but, that one is torn from a hard hit. Good price for an '01-but I could not live with it. I have an '01, but, it was...
Big thumbs up for having the stones to do that yourself, but, WHY should you have to? That is alarming QC there. "Forgot to finish.." WOW. Sorry to see that. I am not bashing your car at all. I would LOVE to have an '08. Any warrantee precendent on a case like this?

Very secure. We hardwired mine into the wiring for the mirror ('01 RT-10). The mount + the invisicord + our local VP's attention to detail (he used OEM-looking shrinkwrap) makes mine look factory. Highly recommend.

+/- $285 OTD(tax). Thanks for the responses. Hard part is waiting for his birthday July 5. He will be 3 so I think the timing will be right on. He loves to ride the lawn mower, pull the car in and out of the garage in my lap. Now if it had heat we might try it now. :)

I have not been able to find any reference to them on the internet either. I had to call Wal-Mart from work to get the manufacturing company. They had one Viper...now I (and my 2 1/2 year old Easton)have it.
