One of my original Viper buddies from the mid '90s wants to get back in. He lives in VA. However, if there is a 2000-02 RT/10 for sale in the DFW area, I can check it out for him and, hopefully, a deal can be made. Long shot, but worth a try. Thankx, george- George Farris

Get an alignment. If your "Viper Lore" is coming from the mag rags ... forget it!!! You will find all those stories about Vipers being scary are overblown ... have been driving Gen Is and IIs for 26 years ... Alignment!!!- George Farris

Parade of 200 Vipers at MIS: anyone know when this was?
We stayed in Troy for VOI 1. Safe Marriott hotel and area. VOI X we stayed in the two casino hotels downtown Detroit. We were told NOT to walk around the buildings and Not to get gas in that area.- George Farris

Hood Gap
Unloosen the screws in the wheel wells. Then you can adjust the gap to some degree. For the rest, they did use shims ... especially along the top under the hood opening .. .... maybe some are no longer there.- George Farris

Dodge Viper stereotypes and sayings
Actually, been doing Vipers since February 1994. My observation is we are the most friendly and welcoming car club/guys I have ever been around. People go nuts around these cars and it just revs us up!!- George Farris

01 GTS Wont start
Does it try to start for a second and then die? If so, there is a key hole in the top of the glove box which is between the front seats. Put the key in and twist it. This will reset the alarm system in case it got turned on during all the procedures.- George Farris

Air conditioning my 1993 RT-10 Viper
Put the kit on my '93 ... it was better than not having it ... also, it was a fun kit to install ... you need the whole HVAC unit from under the dash.- George Farris
