Oil Leak

Oil Leak
Sounds all too familiar. After a day of driving, and sitting overnight, there would be a dime to quarter sized spot on the shop floor. Occasionally there would be a couple extra spots, but It's likely that those just dripped off the trans plate, as they weren't under the engine. What appears...- TSR6

Oil Leak
Well, when we got it up, the first thing we looked at was obviously the oil filter. It did have a little oil on the bottom of it, but the rest of it was clean, and showed no signs of actually being the leak. It was tight.. There was a little residue on the front left side of the oil pain...- TSR6

Oil Leak
My Dad and I put the Viper on the lift last night in search for an elusive oil leak. We planned on a loose oil filter, or possibly a loose fitting, but did not see either. It's a small leak, which we could not find any cause of, so we cleaned up the bottom side of the car for the time being...- TSR6

Shock and Awe !!!
I was fortunate enough to take the viper to prom. I spent the first 10 minutes or so of the night talking to the school's liason officer ( who kept an eye on it for me :) ), a couple friends, and a couple complete strangers about the car. I had more people than I can remember come up to me...- TSR6

Well, had it happen today. Have someone in thier early 20's play "chicken" with me today. It wasn't exactly close, but still enough to piss me off. Some people just need a brain. :(- TSR6

robi - I do realize that some are bad driver, I don't dispute that, but I've had more "old folks" with those huge sunglasses cut me off than teenagers. I don't want to turn this thread into a worst drivers thread, so i'll just leave it at that. The M&M trick sounds hilarious. I'll have to...- TSR6

Being 18, I take offence to your "stupid teens" remark. There are a select number from any age group that can be considered bad drivers. It's just that teens always get the bad rep. :( As far as people go, I just anticipate them. Unfortunately it's hard with some of the more colorful...- TSR6

Hmmmm, makes me wonder how much fuel you could get a Viper to burn in 5 hours...heh...heh... I don't see anything where the buyer takes care of fuel, nor do i see a restriction on milage. The only restriction is that after 5pm, you gotta get your own ride... OOOOooohhhh... poor guy doesnt...- TSR6

New Standards for Front Bumpers??
Half the time it isn't even "idiot drivers" that hit people. It is the idiot pedestrians who feel they can walk where ever they want, whenever they want. Yes, Pedestrians do have the right of way, but sometimes it is just ridiculous. They feel that even if they do get hit, it's a lucky day...- TSR6
