If I recall this is the concept of purging via pressure versus pulling versus vacuum. If so, I have one and don't like it and will not use on the Viper again. Takes too long to set up, assure a seal, etc. Concept is good but I guess the old fashion way works best and is alot faster.
I do...
I have been mulling over several plate options for the car. I can only use 6 letters with one character so somewhat limited.
Any thoughts as to these: :dunno:
NSANE or INSANE
POISON
TOXIC
RENTAL
TORQUE
GUILTY
SERPNT
ILL-LGL (my preference)
BSTING
BUMBEE
UNFAIR

Re: What mod did you LUST after...and when you finally got it....well...it just SUCKE
Lusted after some new wheels for some time. Got the SP600. I do not like them. Since the quality was very poor out of the box, my opinion of how they looked on the car soured even more. Will spend this winter...
I suspect I will "train" myself to change the grip. I have a MGW knob now. The good news is when I miss the 3-4 shift I end up in neutral not second. I guess for now I will sit in the car and practice different grips to find one that is natural for the 3-4.
It sounds like getting a...
I keep missing the 3rd to 4th gear shift. This has happened most frequently when drag racing. With normal driving this does not happen.
I have searched for information about shifters etc, but nothing was found specific to a 3-4 shift problem.
I suspect it is one fo the following with the...
Hum, if that is true it would have been nice of them to ASK me what level of finish I wanted when I called to place the order. I would have actually ordered a wheel that was polished on all sides of the spoke (minus the back) rather than just the front. The side of the spokes is already...
Thanks for the other products to try. However the primary question is are your spokes from CCW polished just on the front side AND on the side of each spoke? Mine are not and would like to know if this is what others have paid for?
I just got my SP600s installed on the car and was doing the usual cleaning/waxing.
My question is to those that have CCW wheels, are the inside of each spoke polished? Not the rotor side of the spoke but the sides of the spoke that face each other?
On mine they are not polished and in fact...
Search function
Is the search feature up and running yet? I have tried two very basic searches with no results found. Hard to believe that "wheel" or "exhaust" produces no results.
Made this mount myself. Wanted something that was bolt on. Also have a chase cam mounted to the screw hole of the passenger visor mount. Brackets you see is using the rear hatch mount points. No problems with vibration.
CarDude,
Try another approach. Notify Dodge that this Vendor may be using their trademarked/copyright material without authorization. I would doubt that the Sneaky Pete and Viper Fangs logo's he uses are used with permission. Not only that he seems to be coping the Viper logo exactly as...
Bought mine via Pemberton sight unseen. Flew in and picked it up the next day. Decided to drive it home rather than ship it. First time I have ever sat in and drove a Viper was out of the Viper warehouse at Woodhouse. First couple of hundred miles was paranoid as could be.
I am about 10 minutes from St. Charles. Let us or Mike know what you need and he can find the right group of guys. Heck all of us might show up and have a few beers. Oh and then of course look at the car!
After a good cleaning I use the Griot's Under-Carriage spray. It seems to be a high viscosity fluid so it sticks to what ever it hits. I usually wipe it around as well. Spray it on everything except the rotors/calipers.
I can't recall if they still provide radar units to police, but they are still lobbying to get radar detectors banned. That's why I use State Farm as well.
Did this myself. Would post a pic, but the login/logoff on my acct is whacked.
All paint was bought at home depot, Rustoleum brand for high temp.
Remove liner.
Use primer on the whole liner, minimum two coats. Let dry.
Minimum 2 Coats of black on entire liner. Let dry
Tape off what you do...
When is the search "feature" going to be fixed? Right in the middle of a problem to fix and I can't search since I am limited to one search at a time. What the hell gives????
:evilmad: :evilmad: :evilmad: :evilmad: :evilmad: :evilmad:
My recommendation is to buy the "Viper Buyer's Guide" which you can find on Amazon. Full of info.
What helps as well is what year, color and model Viper do you want? What price range, modded or stock, etc? The more you decide upon now makes it easier to know what to look for later.
You...
Re: Gateway\'s Make a Wish Event 2006
The kids were great, all of them enjoyed the cars. Will be there next year. Of course you know you need to get alot more YELLOW diecast Vipers since they were gone FIRST.
I will leave the "extras" at home next time.
