In the past I've had Progressive, Geico, and currently have Travelers. No issue with them accepting a viper. I have a personal agent that runs quotes so that may make a difference...

I adjusted the bump stops on each side of the car where the glass rests. Check the hinges of the glass to be sure the glue hasn't let go. Also check your glass struts for rattling.
I'm going to high jack this thread! Have you by chance owned that car since new? If so your car is the first viper I've seen in person and inspired me to buy mine when I got a drivers license! lol I grew up in Albuquerque so I'm sure it was you as that is a rare color...
If you are serious about getting back in the car by the end of the summer look into Paleo... I don't know anyone it hasn't worked for and now are much healthier! Blah blah I know, diets... Haha
My replacement cost a little over $900 on my '96gts. Best advice is to have 2 people to install. I helped my guy install and it made it easy. Also have the cowl off for them when they arrive. Ask around and find someone familiar with viper installs.
Did you pick the car up from a dealership off 820? I saw a red one there a couple weeks ago... Any interest in an autocross event june 8th with the viper gang?
