Driving in the rain with K&N filters

The prefilters are tight. Not very easy to install on the side of the road IIRC. Rain was never a concern for me. Keep the vehicle out of the river and you should be fine IMO.

Porsche 918 Spyder breaks Ring record

I just watched the video again and noted the time on Youtube. I am not sure where the lap should start and stop at at the ring, but according to the video shown, the time on the video where he crosses a line @ the 1:07 mark and crosses it again, its at about the 8:09 mark. (not very accurate I...

The hits just keep coming! Porsche 918 lapped "The Ring" IN 6:57

I am not a Porsche guy at all! But that is one sweet Porsche. I believe SRT can reclaim the record if they put in a full effort. They already know what it takes to run 7:03.

    I don't think it's out of reach IMO. ACR-X 7:03 A legit Gen V ACR could break 7 IMO.

The hits just keep coming! Porsche 918 lapped "The Ring" IN 6:57

Keep in mind that $850,000 Porsche also had an $84,000 option of carbon fiber and titanium. It's basically a million dollar car. Would love to see build a no holds barred ACR and go over there and clean up shop. Gonna need some good tires though!

Porsche 918 Spyder breaks Ring record

Yea, almost looked... boring? Compared to the ACR.. LOL Seriously though, awesome car. I saw about 285 KPH give or take on the back stretch about 180mph? Can it go faster? I am waiting for a car company to troll others. Break the record with a "slower" record, publish that video, wait for...

Porsche 918 Spyder breaks Ring record

What was he doing to the steering wheel at 7:25? aero? I am just doing some reading, this one was equipped with the optional Weissach package: $84,000 worth of carbon-fibre, titanium and magnesium enhancements for a total weight savings of seventy-seven pounds. And no stereo. This is pretty...

SRT Viper Book - Maurice Liang

The book is done, it's been done for months. What's the hold up? Seriously. I am pretty sure I could have a company make leather covers for a book faster than this..
