    04 SRT- Need Some Help - Engine running badly

    Sounds like my car when I first bought it, turned out to be a plugged cat, a good mechanic with the proper tools can pull an oxygen sensor and look inside the cat. Good luck!

    I agree! If you are changing the colour for your own enjoyment fine, but a non-stock colour will reduce it's value if you intend to sell. :nono:

    Ouch! That front wheel took a lot of the force, check the front suspension componets and mounting points to the frame!

    I would think most people on this board would say 30 K is a reasonable price, (ie: they would not sell their Gen III for less if it was properly repaired) , having said that front wheel bearings were a problem for me.

    $29,700 Actually! They went to commercial for me when the Viper came on the auction block, so I did not see it. Barrett Jackson is a good place to buy Vipers....not so good to sell!!! It seems vipers get no respect...

    I have the same problem with my 04??? I posted it about a year ago, still not resolved, yes the wipers are in the proper rest position, but they go past the moulding :omg:

    BAD FM Reception

    Check to see if the antenna is connected to the windshield connection, you can see by removing the passenger side speaker cover on the dash. If the windsheild was replaced it is possible it was not connected........

    Factory alarm is psycho!

    I had a similer problem. I think it was caused by having the hood open when I locked the doors from the key fob. The alarm did not go off right away....but it went off about 20 min later? Just curious if a door switch or trunk lid switch being faulty could also be the culprit......
