    oil changing for winter

    I was,as well,under the impression one should change the oil before storing the vehicle.I'm quite sure the owner's manual also states to change the oil before storage.I thought oil tends to accumulate byproducts as you drive and one does not want these sitting in the car for extended periods.

    I could be wrong but I think the shifter jumping was being caused by hitting the rev limiter.If you watch the tach,every time it happens is when he is right at 6500 rpm. Man,I wish I could downshift like that.
