So I met some Tuners
Bunch of stupid ricers around my area. Running around with their fart cans blairing for the world to hear as they hit 30MPH in a matter of minutes. Then come up and try to rev on me like I want to race them or something... Morons aint got a lick of sense. Typically, these imports running around...- -FROG-

Another thing to mention about Jason's car is that he is on the boards all the time. ALot of the Vipers for sale on Auto Trader and ebay, are people who never get on the boards and you can never contact them if you have a little bug you need to figure out. Problem with my GTS (feels like she missing spark/fuel)
I always hear about bad gas... but have NEVER experienced any kind of bad gas and I buy the cheapest stuff I can possibly find ALWAYS. But that's just me I guess... Heat/Overheat Problem
He just did alot of head work and it was running hot before the head work. So I don't think this would be a cause, but good thinking though. Putting feelers out there...
This car has come a long way since you first got it and sounds bad ass! My old 94' had some minor frame damage too but it was fixed without any problems. Never had an issue with my car being in the 70K+mile range and I drove that car hard. Don't forget, Auto Trader is your friend for selling...- -FROG-

Sweet! Now, since you changed 2 things at once, it may be a good idea to go back to the other radiator cap and see if it changes anything or if it remains in the same state it is in now. Traded my Red 94 RT/10 for a 98 Silver GTS... Exhaust Question
MY 94' RT/10 had some bad drone. I kept a pair of ear plugs in the car whenever it got too bad. My 98 GTS had headers, no cats and borla mufflers on the sides (no muffs in the rear). The GTS never makes the kind of drone my RT/10 made. It sounds very high pitched and sounds more like a ferrari...- -FROG-

Gen 1 Clutch bleed...Easy!!!
Just an FYI, the clutch may feel a bit lose and worthless after bleeding. I have replaced (2) master / slave cylinders in two Vipers and they both went the same way. So after you have done all you can to bleed it, like I said, it may seem a bit lose, put the car down on the ground and back it...- -FROG-

Can you bypass the heater all together? Route a hose to bypass the heater core if you can. That's what we used to do on our 5.0 Mustangs all the time.- -FROG-

09 ZR1, didn't buy it!
That ZR1 is sick! I have seen 2 in person here in Austin and they are lookers without doubt. But yea, they just don't have enough to set them above the other vettes as far as looks. Wow! 40HP gain on a Gen 3... The baseline numbers looked a bit low, but maybe you were not using a "Dynojet" so that's why? I wonder what the estimate would be on a Gen 2? Think about the same? A little more, a little less?- -FROG-
