Simple...

1) Have a friend/wife pump the peddle 10 times at a moderate pace/speed then hold down!
Crack the bleed valve on the transmission and close quick! (just open and close)..... tell friend/wife to release the peddle.
Repeat until nice clear fluid comes out.

2) Give wife a kiss/Give friend a beer.

This is the third gen 1 I've had but the first time I've replaced the clutch fluid... What a PIA!!!! On the first try I filled it with air then spent the rest of the day perfecting this procedure.... LOL (could have been the wife releasing the peddle too soon?)..???? Anyway, It's done now.

Enjoy..

I'm wondering if my Vacula can be hooked up to the bleeder and pull the fluid out. Gonna try it soon. If it doesn't work I'll have to use your method.

Just an FYI, the clutch may feel a bit lose and worthless after bleeding. I have replaced (2) master / slave cylinders in two Vipers and they both went the same way. So after you have done all you can to bleed it, like I said, it may seem a bit lose, put the car down on the ground and back it out for a test drive. For some reason, as the car warms up and a few passes around the block, the clutch will fill up with pressure and feel perfect from then on. It's just weird how they feel so lose till the cruise around the block...
