    Can anyone remember when a new version or model of a car cost less than its predecessor? Any car??? Maybe the new Impala SS (V-6) vs the '90s version SS (V-8)? I have to truely believe that with more hp, more torque, full convertible, dead pedal, etc, etc, the MSRP will be in the $80s or better.

    Anti miss sensor? Sounds like a double negative. My '00 GTS (red....good choice!)does the same thing. It's normal. And you're right, it's an emmisions thing. My ZR1 does it as well.

    My '00 gts does this as well. As soon as I notice it starting to jerk, I depress the clutch pedal and start over again. It only happens when I'm trying to start off at a slow speed, thus releasing the clutch pedal at low rpms (@1k or lower). Maybe changing from 3.07 gears to 3.55 would help? I...

    Clutch pedal/Seat lowering kit

    The seat lowering kit from Northwind will fit. I installed one in my '00 GTS. It's a bit of a chore, but worth the effort. I also installed Sean Roe's clutch pedal linkage.
