I have Eibachs and spring caps. I have no complaints regarding the ride. I may pop the caps out in the spring...it looks great, but it's a little too low for my not so nice roads here in New England.
When you install the springs, be sure you crank up the factory Konis for stiffness!!
With the research I've done, the general consensus is roughly 18 rwhp...
From someone who has actually done the mod...how much of a difference is the idle?
I was told a good setting was 3/4 front and rear. Meaning all the way stiff and back it off a quarter. It comes down to what you are doing with the car though.
I will be testing it out in the spring, but any info would be great from someone who has experience with this...

Very nice condition.
One has a slightly sharper edge than the other 3, but same exact face. It's barely visible when off the wheel, but just wanted to be upfront and honest.
