    There are more creature comforts in a Gen 3 over a Gen 2. The position of the pedals, the seats, push button start, convertible top, bigger motor, etc. are all pluses of a Gen 3 over a Gen 2. As for the coupe v. vert, it's a personal preference there. The Gen 3 vert is almost like a coupe...

    Those of you with kids....

    My 2 nieces love the Viper, so I just make them take turns when I go out with them. One rides to the place, and the other home. I also institued the "eat a vegetable and you get to ride in the Viper" rule. Since one won't eat a vegetable to save her life, that stops a lot of the fights.

    I've only seen one 08 model, and it was a yellow coupe with black stripes. I've got tons of Gen 1, 2 and 3 models, but no Gen 4s!!!!

    I went to Costco this weekend and picked up 2 silver 03s (one for me and the other for my niece). They had a ton of the SRTs, but only silver. No other Vipers at all. I didn't take the display apart, but I was moving other items to see the back of the display in case there were any hiding...
