    Plate holder

    I have friends "on the job" and they advised against putting the plate in the windshield. Seems that this way they can issue you 2 summonses. One for not having it on and one for improper display. My solution is a PBA card in the windshield but it does not always work with the meter maids.

    mod my vette or buy used viper

    I was in the same situation. New vette or used viper? I wound up buying a "new" (only 410 miles) 1996 GTS a month ago. Other choice was the new Z06. I probably paid about the same as i would have for the new Z06. I have never looked back. Whatever you decide, have fun and be safe.
