    I also was thinking about putting a 708 in my 01 gts, I like the sound of the corsa with no cats, but I would like to get rid of that smooth idle. Is it a conversion i can do myself? I am very mechanical but I havent put a cam in a car.

    Hey I just wanted to make sure, I want to get it right the first time as the person who put the stripes on obviously got mine wrong, everywhere I looked I found 4 1/2 spacing on 01' so obviously the sapphire is different.

    I was measuring my stripes to make sure when I repaint it that I get the width and spacing correct. The stripes are 8" and are spaced 4 1/2". is this correct for a sapphire striped 01'

    Code P0118??

    Well I finally got back to looking into the problem and it was all caused by the the signal ground on the harness was not making contact to the sensor, What a pain I went through to find this was the problem. Caused the CEL, Gauge not working, and fans running. I realy appreciate all the help...

    I was reading some other posts and I was wondering if its normal for the fan to immediately come on when I start a cold engine? maybe this is a result of whatever is wrong.

    yes it has, i just had a injector wire problem. I would like to find out what to test and where to test so I can narrow this down.

    I forgot to add that I changed the sensor already because my gauge isnt reading a temp, still doesnt even after I changed the sensor, the gauge may be to blame for that though.

    I have found that the code P0118 is "Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit High Input" So what do I do, I try to erase the code and it comes back on as soon as I start it up again. Does anyone no what wires to trace, or ways to test circuit?

    Well I figured it out, The wire was rubbed through and was ground out, didnt think about ground being grounded out could be the problem, I guess when its suppose to pulse that makes it a big deal. Thanks for all the help, now to change out the 93 octane oil i have in the motor, :drive:

    I never said 4 injectors arent working? It is only one injector that is not working, Its not the injector either, because when I swap with another, the working one doesnt work in the bad cylinder

    I am going to change the oil tonight? See the problem I have is I test all 10 injectors using a light and 9 pulse, and 1 stay lit, so what I am thinkin is that the ground signal wire from the computer could be shorted out somwhere keeping it always ground, wich would hold the injector open...
