Not trying to hyjack the thread but....while at one of the Viper Days events this season, I asked one of the Archer guys about PS vs PS2 and he told me not to buy the PS2's because they were having problems with the softer side tread "chunking out". Anyone know anything about this?
I actually never grab the knob at all. Only semi-open hand push/pull the knob to the next gear. This virtually eliminates the possibility of shifting into the wrong gear.
I hate this the most. Passengers always seem to slam the door way too hard.
I've let many people drive my car in the 11 years i've owned it but I see myself changing my ways since seeing more wrecked by first time viper drivers.
I like that you have nothing outside to set up. All you have is the GPS unit in the car. It also gives you much more info as stated above. You can not only do complete lap times but also segment the track to see how you do through a certain section or corner etc.
I recently went through the same thing as you. I ended up going with the stock pads. Although a bit more expensive, they work good for street or track.
Not sure if this is what you may be looking for but here is a couple pics of my trailer with vinyl wrap. I can give you the contact info for the company who did the wrap if you'd like.
