I know that Doug puts his Customers first. He doesn't even have time to put his own Viper back together yet. I'm sure he'd love to go out and participate in various Events and drum-up business. That's always the funnest part! However, Doug knows his priorities and does the right thing. I...
This is the best I can do (I'm too far North)...
They were at the "Mall" with their boyfriends (Honda crowd), and decided that their boyfriends "should go to college so they can get one of these"...

Yup, but she has to wait another 11 months before they deliver it. Now when I whine about waiting for my Viper to come back from DLM...
Mine used to like my Viper (kind of), until I messed with it's look and sound. Then she hated it. She said it looked very "British" before I goobered it up. She tolerates my Countach, only likes to take the Hummer camping (as long as no one sees her in it), but loves the LS 400 (I know...
To All:
My frustration is my fault alone. I sent my Viper off to DLM before ever talking to Doug. I relied on the Third Party for my info. I could have easily found out what the average stay was there ahead of time, but simply "Impulsed" the project. I hadn't even planned on Supercharging...
As "Albert Chlouber" said, I could buy another Viper. I wanted another one for the stable anyway. Vipers are still cool, even without forced induction!
Side Note:
I'll send this one to DLM as well (after I get the other one back)...
Thanks everyone for the feedback!!
I think this was good for everyone waiting and thinking about sending their Viper in. I feel more at ease knowing how the process works now, and I'm happy and excited again. I'm just going to wait (and keep my fingers crossed!).

Thank you Sir, I really think that's all I needed to hear. In almost six months, I've only called Doug about seven times. Basically ten days before another...

How long have people had their Vipers at Doug Levin Motorsports for Stage III installations, before receiving them back? Mine has been their approaching six months. I paid in advance for a faster turn around (64 days), and have yet to even receive a completion date. I have missed almost all...
"50,121" was the milage just before sending my Viper to DLM. Last year I started replacing everything on the car with "new" and better (except the frame), so I'd be good for another 50k miles!...
I agree! Doug is probably the hardest working man in the Viper community, and one of the nicest. He's working on my Stage-3+ right now, and treating it like a work of art. I would trust him with anything!...

I'm paying for 900+ hp, so we'll see what happends! Doug Levin is using all of his new technology stuff, but...
Great job!
Doug has had my GEN-1 RT/10 most of this year now. He's just finishing up on my STAGE 3++ engine. This, coupled with some Jerry Wolfe enhancements under the hood, should make for a killer GEN-1 beast. I will get my Viper back finally next month. God help us all!...

You know, everybody here is right! Now even I'm mad.
I think from now on I'm only going to "show" where Vipers are actually listed as a category (usually lumped together with Prowlers, and few and far between). I'm tired of working that hard! Even this is a bit unfair, as even the stock...

I've been in several car shows with my Viper. Only about 10% even have judging for such a thing. For all the rest, I put an "Exhibition Only" sign on it. It does (by far) attract the greatest gathering around it, opposed to the other cars.
The trick to "getting along" at these events is to...
I've got an EPS and Illustrator file of the older Viper logo at:

Doug's working on my 1995 RT/10 right now. He's hopefully going to get even more rwhp on mine, as he improves each system over the last. One can only hope...
G&C Autobody, Jerry Wolf - (707) 525-3520. They did my Viper and the owner has a Silver Viper. I know they have a San Rafael location. Is that close enough?
I have an extra Intake from my 1995 RT-10. I don't know if it will fit the '96. I too had my Intake and Valve Covers painted. I bought the extra Intage and Covers from PartsRack.
Doug Levin has my original Intake right now in Florida. You can call him to see if he wants to part with it, as...
