    Did anyone tried to upgrade Paxton Supercharger to tooth belt

    I think I saw mention of the stress on the crank snout with the cog style belt as being a problem. (breaking the end of the crank off, maybe under sudden decel at high RPM's?)

    Wow, prices have come way down. I paid 650 for mine in 2009 (used), and they are still 1200+ new. To be honest, I don't think I'd even bother selling mine for 200 bucks, especially if I had to send it away to get checked over first!

    Well, since there is NO PnP AEM or SCT option for the Gen1's, I would say there is still a market for the VEC. I'm running a VEC 3 on my TT Gen 1.

    I removed my seat rails and made a couple of simple brackets to bolt my seat right to the floor. Sure, it doesn't move anymore, but nobody else is gonna be driving it. :)

    YES! There is currently a 95 rt/10 running full sequential with a Megasquirt 3 ECU. At $650 for an assembled ecm, how can you go wrong?

    So, last summer I spent fighting some issues where the car wouldn't pull past 4800 rpm. I blamed it on my smaller turbos, but it still exists with the larger units and massive wastegates. I hit the dyno late last fall anyway just to see, and only managed 700whp by 4800rpm where it would start...

    I love the top, but being 6'2", it is a little tight with the seat 2" lower. Forget wearing a helmet! I'm really considering getting an Autoform top for events. I'm also really torn weather to paint match the top or leave it black.. P.S. Yes, those are Gen 2 doors on my Gen 1.

    If you're still around stock HP, you may just want to grab another stocker. GForce does offer better gears and a billet front plate if you want to rebuild yours.

    Dave, as usual, is right. Check your axle nut, it is most likely loose. I had to put my impact to the R/R years ago.

    Before you get flamed for not searching, since there are a ton of threads on this topic, yes, every viper wheel is backwards compatible. Some are forward compatible, but I'm not sure if the old 17's would fit over the newer brakes. I have SRT 10 spokes on my Gen 1.
