    Nice job! I bought a fiber glass hood and fascia. The list price for the hood is around $1700 unpainted with CF at $3800. Exchanging those parts and removing the A/C reduced the weight by 80LBS and a lot of worry. I have pictures.

    Luc, what a purist you are. I have flat spotted 4 front tires and wish I had it on my 2000 RT/10. I will take the high ground with Luc until I can afford an ABS conversion. I wish my car had the brakes of my wife's 740i. They rock!

    Lost screw in GTS hood

    A few days after buying my new RT I dropped a screw between the liner of my removable hard top and the hard top. I obssesed about it for a day and then decided to get on with enjoying the car.

    Are you allowed to do side pipes in the UK? I see them in your picture. I just had my 2000 RT/10 changed to side pipes and it's an awesome change.

    I have mine done at the local detail shop for $20 which includes a handwash for the car and interior cleaning. I've gone there for 15 years, hence the low price.

    It's safer to change tires every 4 years regardless of tread. They harden with age reducing your ability to stop in short distances the older they get.

    Re: weight of 18 Try Purners. I'm not sure of the weight but I can lift them with one hand.
