    Our '97 GTS (red w/stripes) had 20K on the clock when we got it last April for $31K. Had it inspected on site and transported here within 10 days of when we found it.     Hey Ken, I'd like to see your pics of your install, especially the splices. I'm getting ready to install a Pioneer AVH-P5200DVD head unit with 2 BA amps in the back and Polk speakers all around. Stepping up to 6x9's in the back mounted in boxes.

    Since I still have the factory cats and resonators (shown in your pic), I'm going muffler delete which is easy and cheap. If that ends up being too loud (which I doubt), I'll add the magnaflow muffler.:D

    Listen to Dave. I skipped the aftermarket stuff, got the factory rad rebuilt locally for $280 and that **** is perfect now.

    Has anybody pinned the harmonic balancer to the crankshaft?

    Didn't know the P/S pulley was so suspect. Time to order the billet one and a new bracket. Great info from all.

    new owner

    Still a Vette owner too. We have an '81 Charcoal but haven't driven it since we got the Viper. :D Are all of the fluids and filters up to date? Open that exhaust up. There is plenty of advice here as you'll find out. Congrats on the purchase and get used to the power curve!

    Gen III seats on a GTS

    I'm considering the 1" lowering kit on the stock seats so it still has fore/aft travel (2" kit is fixed). How do you like the Gen 3 seats in the GTS?

    Sold my Viper...

    You did the right thing. My sister and ex-wife both have breast cancer and are continually battling it. Stay strong, keep the faith, and look for your next Viper when the time is right!
