    Test drives????

I wouldn't even do that. I would take them for a ride while I drive. When it gets serious, make the deal. Then, they can have a stipulation that when they come to pick up the car, they can take it out for a test drive and back out of the deal if they find anything wrong.

The front left is on a jack stand in this pic, that is my guess.

    More PICS Before & After

Thanks for the advice man, I think it was you that gave me the idea in another thread. I actually did do it properly, and it was torqued to spec at ride height. I didn't have enough wood, (not would..lol), so I simply jacked up under the a-arm until the weight of the car was on it.

    More PICS Before & After

It dropped even more, check it out, about 1 1/2"'s total. The first pic is right after the job was done, the next 2 are 2 days later. The next 2 pics....well, you'll see. :D MY DOG GUS, BEFORE HE GOT HIS COOKIE: AFTER HE GO HIS COOKIE:

He guys, I'm gonna be sporting 19/20" wheels(PICS). Few questions..

Re: He guys, I\'m gonna be sporting 19/20 The 20" guys using the Pilot's run 30 profile on the back, because that's all they can get in that tire, so it shouldn't be a problem. The reason went with the lowest profile available is because I went up 2" in rim, so I wanted to change the...

Finally found a dealer that let me test drive a Viper, and.........

I just read your last thread, now this one. It is a good story, congrats. I have a feeling this viper is going to take a beating, just be careful not to wrap it around a pole.

Pics of my winter mods... opinions?

From the pic, I don't like the silver grills at all. It is hard to tell though from 1 pic, I may see it in person and like it. If you're happy, keep'em. The clear lights look good.

Honestly man, I would do 19's all the way around. I have 19" front and 20" rears, if I could do it again, I would do 20's all the way around. The front wheel-well is huge because of the drastic curves of the car. I just went out and stared at the car in the garage for a bit, it has been sitting...

He guys, I'm gonna be sporting 19/20" wheels(PICS). Few questions..

Re: He guys, I\'m gonna be sporting 19/20 How's ride quality? Slight difference, a little harsher over bumps, you may not even notice. I also noticed a big difference in grip with the tire change. What tire sizes are you running up front and in the rear? Brand? Pirelli P-Zero's 275/30/19...

lol...the gas cap is from MGW, they make quality $hit for our cars. I'll do the big brake/drilled rotors eventually. I used eibach's, the ride is the same because I adjusted the shocks 1 1/2 turns. Thanks to all for the kind words!

The crappy pics just don't do it justice, it is a HUGE difference, over an inch. Like I said, it was right after I dropped it, it should settle down even more. Unfortunately, I won't be able to get anymore pics for awhile.....here comes the white $hit!

Well, it's over...what a fuk'in battle. That car fought me every step of the way, but I won. It took me 2 days, approx 4hrs/day. I am handy, but no mechanic. The hardest part for me, was getting the bolts in and out. Working in tight places, you can't see a thing, the holes and bolt have to...

    Canadian Vipers Beware.....

Won't happen in our lifetime, too many other variables. What you might see is a GPS device installed with your onboard computer. This little gadget will tell everyone who needs to know, just how fast you were going when you spun out and hit that tree.

    Having a Problem

Victory!!!!! I got the fuk'in whore out with some smashing and a crowbar I went and bought. cgmaster, I did the crowbar before I saw your post, only needed a little bit of leverage. Thanks to all for the support, especially tony and chuck. But, I'm thinking now what. Do I keep going with...

    Having a Problem

Will do, thanks. Can you tell me if the bolts are supposed to just pull out, or do they unscrew. I'm worried there is more threads to unscrew and they are stripped. If that is the case, I will never get them out.

    Having a Problem

twinturbo3150, thanks for the suggestions, I will try 1st thing in the AM. I don't think I can get a punch through the hole because the shock assembly has shifted so that only 1/2 the hole is showing, but I will try anything. Damn, [******] am I going to do if I can't solve this.

    Having a Problem

I tried jacking on the a-arm, no luck. I wish I had just paid to have it done too. I like trying this stuff myself but this time I am screwed.
