well i might go get a dyno tomorrow cat-less, going to the track wednesday cat-less. I can see what kind of difference I get between the ebay high flow cats and no cats at all on the dyno and at the strip
i will tell you that in my opinion the gen 2 GTS are going to be worth more than all other vipers way down the line.
so can you still pick up a super nice clean no stories gts for under 35k with low miles still?
i've been thinking of spraying the bottom with degreaser, then just putting the garden sprinkler under it for about 30min per section it cleans. I was under there doing a lot of work, its not really dirty but its also not really clean.
just because you don't buy from a vendor makes something not good. These are proven to sound good and be a nice product, so why the hell not buy them!? I prefer not to throw around money if you don't need to.

I did a lot of searching and found someone on the sight that went through the exact same experience as me..there is something about the corsa 3" and a cat delete that just sounds and drones terribly...after his trial and error with different...
yea i didnt even weld anything up, its still all clamped together...but the stink is gone!
after doing a lot of searching it seems like most people with stock headers, no cats, and a corsa 3" catback don't really like the way it sounds.
alright i took it out for a real long drive (no side sills either haha) and i guess its still not optimal, but it will do for now. Idle sounds great, WOT sounds nasty, decel sounds real nice with no popping, its just that part throttle acceleration sounds awful and i got a nasty drone. I plan...
well I spent the last 4 days pulling the cats and installing the woodhouse poly engine mounts. Just started it up and even though it sounds great at idle, it now sounds aweful when you are driving around under acceleration, and it is much too loud now with a drone.

so whats the difference between the earlier and later versions? I did a bunch of searching but couldnt find any info specifically stating the differences...is one better than the other?
how does changing the shock assemblies from the stock konis on a 98GTS affect the ride and performance...
