Thanks for starting this thread. Just want to make sure I understand as well. Just attach trickle charger to the positive post and a good ground and plug her in? That's it? Any good pics of your setup and any good brands of trickle chargers? My plan here in Maryland is to start the car once...
Welcome to the club and chapter. I'm in Montgomery county, MD. Let me know when you are all going to Katie's next year. I've never done it and would like to.
Just did mine by myself on my 08 gen 4. Super easy (I have a lift), and was easily able to get the block plugs out (allen wrench). I used factory mopar and am good for 5 more years. I now have 3200 miles on my vert.
I believe for Gen 4, you use this although I found it for like $7 at Pep Boys

Seems a bit tight by the bleeder on a Gen IV. Anyone able to get a can up there or do you just let it spray/drip down? I have a 4 post lift and have no problem reaching the bleed valve, but cant get a can in there to drip it. Thanks!
I bought a scan tool for my Gen IV Viper with 2800 miles on it. This code showed up, no CEL and the car runs perfect. The only thing I have done is installed the recommended skip shift eliminator (again, no CEL). Could this do it? Thanks!
I put in in the glovebox and powered it with T connectors jumped of the pop up cigarette lighter from under the console. Clean look, and everything stowed nicely in the glovebox. Thanks again!
Okay Folks, I am one HAPPY driver. Thanks to Shmoos, I installed https://www.isimplesolutions.com/product.aspx?zpid=542 and a $11 antenna adapter for the dodge, and its sounds awesome! I can FINALLY stream my music through Bluetooth. I am not interested in cellular calls or I would have tried...
For the Parrot, you have to use the listed harness and it automatically uses the aux port I'm guessing. I ordered the modulator that you used just to hear it. If i like the quality of the music, i will stick with it.
"Do not use fm wireless modulators. They suck. Isimple goes between your radio and antenna."
I believe your product and the android model is still an FM modulator so the sound quality is compromised compared to the Parrot kit I listed above.
I think this setup will work. Any other suggestions to keep stock radio and add bluetooth? Thanks!

VIPERDAVE,
Looks great. Would you please post close up pics with the hood open and the part number for the LED's that you used. Did you wire these to a HOT wire or to the parking lights?
Thanks, I got it 4 months ago and have put 300 miles on it. Pretty bummed out about the rocker panel chips in those 300 miles so gonna Dr. Colorchip and Clearbra next week. I will drive it more then. Thanks for the advice on the pics, and BTW, the diff + additive was super easy and took maybe...
I have a 08 Vert with 2600 miles on it and removed the belly pan to change the differential fluid. Do I have a leak? (I have an extended warranty). The picture with more dirt/oil near the seal is the passenger rear, and the cleaner pic is the drivers rear. What do you think? Thanks!
Alan
