I use this and really like it. Just get some noise cancellation headset to be able to hear on the dyno.

Bob, before changing gears it would be good to data log your runs. Get a REAL look at whats going on with timing, IAT's ect.. Do the next event and gather some good data. After you'll be able to make an exact plan as to what is needed to accomplish your goals.
After it runs for a few minutes pull the plugs and read them to see if you rich or lean. This will also let you know how each cylinder is doing. You can also check the rail pressure at the test port to see if the "prime" is generating the correct rail pressure before cranking.
In tank pumps are quiet and don't suffer form overheating. If you run walbro pumps be sure to get the high pressure models and you'll need 3 for e85. The bosch 044 you could use 2.
Summer inventory blowout.... Gen III vipers get an SCT X2 for a price of 450.00 with 3 tunes pre loaded.

Here is the product I have used with GREAT success! KoolMat Hi-Tech Heat Insulation
They have a SS quilted with ceramic material sandwiched in between. Great for Direct or near direct exhaust apps to 2000 degrees.
What size injector is in the car now with the stock ecu? Are they stock or are they the larger ones that you are also running with the AEM? If they are the larger ones Dan will most likely be able to fix the problem.
How does it run with the AEM? Have you data logged the cam and crank sensors during the missfire? If so how do they look? Have you scoped either sensor to look at the wave form during the missfire?
I'm also guess that you are running a stock MAP sensor that you switched back with the stock ecu...
Give me a call or email to discuss the ProRacer Package. I'll be happy to answer any questions.

Yes, my dyno is a bit of a hybrid. It's a Mustang MD250 with a 500 absorber using Land&Sea electronics. That's why I showed the before & after. A Gen 2 will probably be about the same.
Peak to Peak about 40hp on the gen 3. I've done a few more tweaks on my gen 3 tune to get more midrange HP & TQ than the first car. I'll post the new graphs on my website soon. As of now you can look here for the first one I did with the SCT a while back.BritoSpeed - Need Has Nothing To Do With...

You can always use an SCT with the proracer package to do the tuning yourself, or working with a tuner and dyno.
Feel free to call if you have any questions on the SCT.
