    So the car in the link is not the car described in the title. The car in the link looks pretty good. 22k miles with current bid at $39,100. Reserve is not met though, and with that it seems about average price to high.

    My 96 was less than 30k and ran fine all 700 miles home. To say you can't get a running one for 30k is just wrong. It's not perfect, but I wasn't looking for perfect. Deals are out there if you are patient and willing to look for them.
