According to their site, a Purolator filters have two pressure relief ratings basic 12-18 and "Boss" 20 - 30psi. I find that hard to believe, (most filters, even Frams run at least 85psi) but if it is so, then with the Viper hot engine temp of 50-70psi putting a "Boss" Purolator filter is...- Bonkers

Dont be. M1 and Wix XP filters are perfectly acceptable in a pinch. Was the OEM a 05037836AB or 05037836AC model? Also keep in mind two things A) my purchase price was very, very low, 2) my repair costs were way way high - both for the same reason... Low mileage cars and 'fixing' issue
I think its more important you use a quality brand than a temu bin purchase, but other than that i dont think non-oem gas struts are going to alter the value on a 4k mile car in any capacity...- Bonkers
