I realize insurance for our Vipers has been discussed over the years, but prices seem to be changing rapidly. Hagerty raised my insurance by $300 from last year. No accidents, no tickets. I drive 2000 to 2500 miles annually. I have a $60,000 guaranteed value. Seventy percent of the cost is for collision and "other than collision." I spoke with an agent, and there really is no way to get a substantially better price without making major changes. I realize there will be increases each year, but this is ridiculous.
There must be a better insurance company option, and I was wondering who y'all go with.

So I have Hagerty and I never look at the Bill.

My Wife and I have an agreement, I make the money and she spends it. Something appears to be wrong with that now that I just typed it.

I will ask her if it went up for us.

I use Open Road Insurance, which is an MGA that writes on National Interstate Insurance Company's paper. 2008 Roadster, Agreed value $60k, i drive it about 2500 miles a year. I have 250k/500K on all, with $1000 deductible on collusion and comprehensive. $923/yr.

Try NCM (National Corvette Museum). I believe they go through AM Modern. I have 2 Gen II's and an 88 Alfa Romeo. I pay a little over $1200 per year. All agreed upon value, but limited to 3K miles per year.

PHLY automatically raised my Collectors Agreed Value

$14 - $378/y to $364 for 2026.

On the other 10 cars my Nationwide bill went from
