Re: Almost disaster....
You say you were going about 60 mph, I assume you were going straight or were you cornering?
Did you recover the old lugs on the studs? Can you post a close-up picture of them?
Found this info.....may be of interest...or may be information overload!

Re: Why Corvette is the official car at the Belle Isle Race ?!
Well, I just read that the Corvettes are limited to a maximum of 100 cars.
Is there a limit on how many Vipers, I didn't see one!
We may have them out numbered?
:)
Just wandering around the internet... I found this guy! Mobile water and electricity......anyone know him(?)....if ambitious maybe he could have a "field" day at VOI?
Superior Detailing - Metro Detroit's Premier Mobile Auto Detailing Service
There are a few of these guys in our area and they...
Only been to downtown Detroit one time......for Super Bowl XL! It was a little too cold for most criminal activity, except for the most ambitious and hard working types!
I'm not too familiar with the surrounding metro area......is the Dearborn area safe enough to wash my car in the early am?
That's a funny letter,,,,what is so special about someone buying your car for "100% OF CURRENT MARKET VALUE". It might be special if they buy it at 150% of current market value. Even at that would still not do business with a dealer using that marketing approach.
I would not recommend that you purchase an AutoLifter's lift....here's my story;
Without going into a really really long story, basically I have had two complete bearing failures on the lift's pulleys. Some of the bearings they used in their pulley's were/are ball bearings and other pulleys...

Without going into a really really long story, basically I have had two complete bearing failures on the lift's pulleys. Some of the bearings they used in their pulley's were/are ball bearings and other pulleys utilize brass sleeves.
Both failures were while the lift was in motion...
I have an Autolifter four post lift and would not recommend it...poor quality components and I have had many problems! My brother has two Backyard Buddy's they work really well for storage, he has had no problems.
I didn't take the time to notice the door jams.
But thats what I kinda thought (no red ones)..however since this appears to be an ad from a reputable dealer......I thought maybe I was just outa touch.

I've seen white and black Mamba's but I didn't know that they had made a 2004 Red Mamba!
I haven't seen any anywhere before, does anyone know how they look in person...do the red...
Overall had a fantastic time !!!!! IMHO I would rate it overall a 5 for fun and good times !!
Hotel - 5+ (we had some issues/problems with our room when we checked in but they finally upgraded us to huge suite)
Food - 4 (except for Thursday night at the hotel that was a 1 and food at the track...
Just a thought.......VOI-7 was at the Opryland (a Gaylord property), VOI-8 is going to be at the Gaylord Texan, maybe VOI-9 will be at the other Gaylord property which is in Orlando, Florida; The Gaylord Palms. I have been there and it is a beautiful resort but may not be large enough.
However...
A while back, I was getting bored with my Denali and I was seriously thinking about purchasing a Porsche Cayenne Twin Turbo. I checked on the web and the local dealer had one in stock, so I decided I would go look it over and if everything went smooth I would probably trade for it.
I walked...
