Just for the sake of accuracy, those numbers are from one of Lingenfelter's engine dynos, not a chassis dyno. So it's 848hp less 12-15% drivetrain losses. Nonetheless, it is a badass build and the LPE guys really delivered an incredible motor package. :2tu:- Bullet488

If I remember correctly, Mark's car had 728rwhp.. Ran 9.9 @ 142-144mph.. Apples to Oranges.. Also, you seem to be making some assumptions about Norm's LPE car. I can't speak for the owner, but I'd be happy to wager on the numbers.. I personally drove the car to a best time of 9.48@145mph (high mph of 148.xx). NO Nitrous.. NEVER had it.. ALL MOTOR.. Dyno hp max in 4th or 5th gear?
When you take your car to the dyno, the dyno operator (read: NOT you) will dyno the car in 4th gear. It's a big drum that you are accelerating to measure horsepower - nothing more. Help with parts; cross between Auto & Rehab
I think the small lightweight shocks on a suspension bicycle might be just what you're looking for. I imagine that you could change the internal "discs" in the small "coil over" to soften the dampening for a child. Re: Getting into the 10\'s 519rwhp/510rwtq - ran a 10.91 ET w/ 1.47 60 foot. Full weight 1996 RT/10 with heads/cam & ET Streets.
