    My Time has come for a Viper

    I had a 944 turbo as well. What a nighmare to work on. You have to remove at leat 10 items to get to the one bolt you are interested in. The Viper is nothing like that. Also, very few mods are required to kick the crap out of just about anything. You actually get to drive it rather than wrench it!

    When I purchased my 06 coupe, the 08's were not even a rumor. I was upgrading from a 98 and wanted more power. A blower was the only way to go at the time and I now have the perfect car for me. The car feels like it was made for 650+-RWHP. I just turned 19,000 miles and have had no issues...

    Photos - Texas Viper Roundup 2008

    What a great event...My thanks to Ryan and the club for all their hard work. The track was great, but the highlight for me was chasing Ben Keating down the mountain to the Oasis. This was one ride that my wife will never forget either. Sheer MADNESS!!

    Just got my Paxton installed

    As for reliability, I have almost 14,000 miles on mine. No problems whatsoever. Tires can be a problem....Rears wear out rather quickly!

    I have had to take mine in twice now for this noise. The tech says its related to the ductwork and he puts in shims and padding.

    I have a black with stripes...its ugly, so you should pick another color combo! But seriously, I have had mine up to 180 and the faster you go the better it gets. Its totally different from the GenII's. Cruising at 150 is where the car is the happiest. Get it...they are bulletproof.

    When we in Vegas for VOI, I had REAL trouble on those on-ramps. There seems to be a fine coating of dust that you cannot really see, but you better be careful! I heard of a least one Viper that wrecked while we were there on an onramp due to this. I have never experienced slick roads in dry...
