How valuable are you to DC? Getting shafted I says. VALVE ISSUE.

You will not get a reply from Dodge. They will simply ignore you. The only course of action you have is to avoid buying DCX cars and trucks in the future.

    The VCA needs your feedback

I'm with Dozzo; the Viper is fabulous and the trucks are great, but the Dealers leave a lot to be desired. Sure, if I lived within a reasonable drive to Tator or Blair, Nebraska or a handfull of others there would be nothing but Mopar. We are still awaiting a response from Dodge about the...

    My letter to Dodge

The consensus: If you have a Dealer problem, DC will not help, or for that matter, give you the courtesy of a response. Service stinks. There are only a handful of good Dealerships. A Viper is one great car.

    AUFMERKSAMKEIT!![attention] SRT-10 Dealers

DC did weigh in. When going through our mess, "The new owner will not honor the deal." with Alexander Dodge (you should avoid these folks) they abruptly, but grudgingly, did an about face. I hope DC was part of the reason and it may have precipiated this letter. Chuck, thanks for the post.

"Smartglass" weirdness on drivers side when closing door?

Re: \"Smartglass\" weirdness on drivers side when closing door? Same problem. The glass works well on the passenger's door, but not on the driver's side. The force to close the passenger side door is normal. You must SLAM the driver's door.

    THE STING

In reply to your post Steve: Yes, I am a VCA member. After certs were mailed from DC the AL/TN VCA club contacted several area (AL,TN & GA) dealers. As I remember it there was not much difference in price. I simply went to the closest dealer that was mentioned. Price was not the primary...

    THE STING

You folks restore my faith in mankind. Yes, I did put a deposit on the car. It was only $100, but I have the cancelled check and it is noted on the resveration certificate. The deal was not below invoice. The man does not speak the truth. I assure you that at no time did I ever say "keep it."...

    Dealer Gouging?

According to DC they can do nothing about or to a dealer that gouges or reneges on a contract. I have a signed and dated copy of the reservation certificate, "I agree to sell/purchase a 2003 model year Viper SRT-10 pursuant to the terms and conditions on the attached Buyer's Order." showing the...

    THE STING

VIN: 1B3-JR65Z03V-500415 Received a call last Thursday, 1/23, that our Viper was on the truck. The driver had called them for directions. We ordered a silver SRT on 1/22/02, our reservation # 12309, from Royal Dodge in Franklin, TN. Drove up to Franklin this beautiful morning, a three hour...

I have just about had it with the keyless entry

I'm was happy to hear motor602 has the same glitch. When mine fails to work, I touch the passenger's side door button and, presto, instant fix. It will not if you touch the driver's side door button. I had chalked it up to another senior moment. Ron, you're up to speed on this system. any thoughts.
