got knee replacements scheduled first one on 7-16-14. Should I be worried I would no longer be able to drive my viper. Any comments welcome. Hell to get old.
Thanks, Eagles
Eagles is an individual, me. I have an '08 with 75 miles on her. Though not driven often she is Very strong stock. I love this car.
I wanted and had a line on an orange aero vert but the wife nixed that color so I picked up this blue beauty.

Cowger, I pulled off my stock crossover system [saved it though] and installed a Roe exhaust similar to your Mopar exhaust years ago and never have I had an annoying drone. However engines I have experience with---- mostly mopars [hemis and b blocks as well as 340's] there is a sweet spot...
A much better looking Barracuda [imo] is shown in the Oct issue of car and Driver pg 20. If I knew how to post a pic I would. Article states SRT brand will make go/nogo decision early next year. Hope it is produced as I would buy one to add to my Mopars if the following were true; max wt 3500...
I will buy one if---it has 20 to 50 more hp and has a rear end other than the coupe version.
I could live without the hp increase but if the rear end on the coupe is used on the vert I will not buy one. I am also not buying a coupe due to the rear end styling.
Bill, Thanks for bringing common sense and compassion to the discussion. So many of us here are so intensely single minded that we only think of ourselves.

I swear by my Odyssey pc925. Going on 8 years now in my '03. Its always hooked to a tender when in garage--never a problem. Also have them in other cars with no probs. It is a dry cell battery and can be mounted on side if need be.
Only difficulty is they are a little pricey and you have...
I would agree with Twister's comments and add; '03 on up are more refined drivers car, cabin heat was an issue in my '96 GTS, one of the reasons I traded it. I bought a '96 new and traded it for an '03 which I still have.
Just my personal choice. I'm in Sonoma if you want a little experience...
Design goal of 725-750hp, v10, na, with a new head design with hemispherical combustion chambers built with exotic metals to keep engine weight at or below the current level. The cost increase would be substantial but worth it to me. Oh yes, I do believe in Santa.

Also have had positive dealings in '03 with Ringold as Mike Robbins and his staff went out of their way to help. Very positive feelings with my "03 deal. My prayers go out to the staff hopefully they will become operational quickly.

Just switched both Vipers and my Hemi Challemger RTSE to BJ/Chartis from Wawaneesa and Hagerty respectively and saved over $600 a year with no deductable and same limits.
They asked for my wife and my daily driver declaration page from my current ins confirming our daily drivers.
So far very...
We love our '08 srt8 JeepGC. We like it as we can take our grandkids with us on trips. It is a nice companion to our Vipers. Can't think of a real negative. OK, well it doesn't have 600hp. Drove it to VOI 11 and back [prox 1500 miles RT] at speeds over the posted limits while getting prox...
New painted garage floor finish for each. Each parking space will have checkerboard look with grey area around the space covering the rest of the floor. For their respective upcoming anniversaries each will get either ss garage cabinets or aluminum garage cabinets as I finally upgrade my...
Jon B, I agree 100% re the Gen 5 wheels, they do not belong on a Viper or any hi performance sportscar imho. They are more like Driving Miss Daisy Wheels. The rest of the car which we were allowed to see displayed a curvy musculature reminescent of the Gen 2.

Thank you in advance to any and all who respond with any comments re the cf hood idea.
I am seriously thinking about putting a CF '08 hood on my '03. If anyone out there has done it, how does the matchup between the '03 airbox an '08 hood work out in terms of keeping hot engine air out of the...
I have three garages and none of them have a floor drain. That being said I also live in a snow free area [Cali] and if I drive a car which has been driven in the rain into the garage it doesn't present a problm. I do have a sink in my garages for washing hands. Most garage floors have 1/'4...
Re: Infineon Raceway =BAD BOYZZ GARAGE= Sonoma Historic Motorsports Run June 5th, 201
Sounds like a cool deal. Did a similar event with the VCA known as the Chrysler Wine Country Classic in May 1997. That event was a lot of fun as there was a Highway Patrol escort down Broadway to the Plaza...
