    Hello, i owned a 1997 GTS from 2002 to 2005 (450 hp). Does anybody know the acceleration data to 300 km/h ? I also need this data for the "new" SRT-10. I need that in comparison to my SL 55. Thank you! Oli (Stuttgart, Germany)

    K+N filters, difference to stock ?

    I intend to buy some K+N filters (complete package, http://www.knfilters.com/FIPK/fipkinstr.htm) for a little change at my stock 97' GTS. Do you recommend this and - if yes - do you think I will realize a difference between stock and K+N?

    KFMSLM: The stripes are not painted, they are sticked (white vinyl), so I've the chance to remove them at any time i like to.

    Dean, there seem to be different versions of GTS stripes, don't they? I was told so in this forum. Some going into the NACA ducts, some not. Is this correct?

    @jimandela It's not so easy in germany to get rid of the standard plates. I won't get jailed :-), but the fines differ between the individual countries and states.

    @Neil @Venumish Sure it's not the stock exhaust - should be an "Eisemann"-exhaust, the pre owner has it installed once. Great sound, but on longer turns a little bit annoying ...
