    I finnally had time to remove the starter and test. Tested fine. I did notice the brown colored wire that hooks up to the starter looked like it had been burnt or overheated. I wonder if that would be the issue? Thanks again for any comments.

    grounds look good and tight. Still hearing the clicking sound when i push the start button. Th clicking is coming from the relays.

    I did switch out the fuses 1-2. I will recharges the battery and see what happens. I don't think the clicking I am hearing is the starter. I will let you know. Thanks for your help.

    Yes, I did switch out the relays. No change. I took out all the relays and tried to start the car and I still heard the clicking noise when I pushed the start button.     I found the ASD Relay and the starter relay. I noticed a clicking noise coming from the fuse box when i pushed the start button. I then removed the starter relay and the ASD relay and I still heard the clicking noise when I pushed the start button.That seems strange.
