where to get your car serviced now that ART is no longer open to the public?

Tire dilemma
well i went to one place, they said they couldn't because of the "heat ring" (see pic). so i took it to another place where they plugged it. i tried to explain to the mechanic that i only rode it on the rim for 20 ft at <5mph, but they still wouldnt do it. do you think i should try and get it...- diko

Tire dilemma
thanks for all your input. I am going to the tire shop tomorrow morning to see if i can get it patched/plugged. i filled the tire with air this morning and until now it still holding up, but i can hear the hiss, although faint it's still there. this is what i pulled out. it's the stock...- diko

Interest in a Texas Regional Rendezvous
The issue with the inclusive lodging is, "what happens when your region is hosting?" you'r forced to pay for lodging even if you live near by? also, I have family/friends in Houston and DFW that I would love to host my stay rather than me paying for a hotel. just my .02 cents -- diko

fuel pump (parts + labor)?
not sure if i could do the alarm reset. i bought it used and it has an aftermarket alarm system. i do recall, one time it ran sluggish in the parking lot right before parking it. only happened once in the past year. also it's getting harder to start when hot, cranks a few seconds before turning...- diko
