If it wasn't a salvage with that low mileage, I'd say 35-38k but as salvage, ya, 30k tops. Mid to high 20s wouldn't even be really low balling. The salvage title more than makes up for the added value from the supercharger. Car might be worth it if you can get him low enough and never plan on reselling it. But if you think you might even some what consider selling it in the future, dealing with the salvage title isn't worth it. Plus there may of been frame damage, and they just covered it up with outter cosmetics.

I would normaly say that 35k would be a great deal with a paxton but I saw pics of that car from someone who looked at it. When the owner is cutting corners on the repair and covering it up all I can say is RUN...... The car is worth 20k max and plan on a new paint and a lot more..

Those seem like very small turbos from what I have seen on others and only running 4 lbs? Just seems like a weird situation and being sold cheap. That throws up a big red flag with me.
