19\" tire disappointments...
So here is the dilema...
Michelin only makes a 345/30/19 for the rear. Which is a tall sidewall, 4.1" to be exact. For the front they have both a 275/30 (3.2" sidewall) and a 285/30 (3.4" sidewall). In my opinion the larger sidewall in front would match up better. But the problem is everyone I have called are out of stock on the 285's and according to tirerack the 275's are soon to be discountinued.
Now Pirelli makes a 355/25/19 and a matching 295/30/19 in the P-Zero Rosso collection, which I think is a little wider than it needs to be, but both have a 3.5" sidewall. Cool. Only problem is the front tires, the 295's, have the red "P-zero" labels on them, while the rears, the 355's, don't. Closest they make is a "no label" 285/30/19.
It's like evrywhere you turn nobody has exactly what you want. What a pain! Anybody else having the same issues...
