I had two sets of those that I sold after my '96 GTS went to a new home.

I bought them from Dodge when they had a year-end blow-out sale listed in the VCA mamgazine.

The story is that they were supposed to be in the first so many '96 GTS, and after that were an accessory you could buy. There was not a specific Pace Car eidtion GTS.
